Many thanks for entering the Hullavington Half Marathon, that is being held on Sunday 16th May, starting from The Hullavington Arms from 10:00, individual wave start times will be posted on the Stampede Sports website in the week prior to the event, please take note of these to ensure that a smooth race start is observed.
The Run will be run under a Race Permit by the Association of Running Clubs and the course certified as accurate by the AUKCM.
The Race HQ is at the Hullavington Arms in the main Street, however your race numbers and timing chips will be posted out to you prior to race day. So please report direct to the Holding Area. You will be required to undertake a temperature check prior to entering this area and any runner failing to do so, will be disqualified from the race.
Please consult the FAQ section on the Stampede Sports website to familiarise yourself with the steps that we are taking to mitigate the risks posed by COVID19 as these are reflected in the operation of the event.
Unfortunately there are no changing or showering facilities at the Race HQ and in the current climate there is no baggage storage area.
There will be three drinks stations on the course coming at 4.75-miles 8.25-miles and 10.5-miles. There will be NO water at the finish – sorry.
All finishers will receive a commemorative medal and free cake after crossing the line, but please vacate the site as soon as possible.
Results of the event will be published on the Internet at www.stampedesports.co.uk
Individual awards in the Hullavington Half Marathon will be made to the fastest three male and female finishers; the fastest runners in the V40, V50 & V60 age categories. There will be no presentation of awards at this race, however any prize winners will be notified and awards posted out after the event.
